Cancellation of equipment rental and services prior to discount deadline date will have a 10% Credit Card transaction fee. Cancellation after the discount deadline date a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the entire order. No refunds can be issued if equipment or services are cancelled within 72 hours of delivery.

No, all monitors come with regular table stand. Any floor stands and or wall mount come at an additional rental cost. These may be added on the dropdown options tab. when adding to the cart. Please read carefully as some units don't support table, floor or wall mount.

No, the monitor comes with the necessary power cords but the electrical power must be order to the exhibit floor management company or event organizer. If asked, we can always direct you to the right provider.
