Dear LOA 2025 Symposium Exhibitors,

 

The Logistics Officer Association (LOA) 2025 Symposium in Oklahoma City can no longer take place on March 18-20, 2025. This decision results from a recent U.S. Air Force memorandum, "Interim Guidance for Executive Order 14222, 'Implementing the President's 'Department of Government Efficiency' Cost Efficiency Initiative," which has halted all non-essential military travel. This travel restriction significantly compromises the symposium's objectives, as it relies heavily on military participation. 

 

The LOA organizers and their Air Force counterparts are exploring possibilities for rescheduling the symposium and will provide updates as they become available. All sponsorship and exhibit payments will automatically roll over to the next LOA Symposium (no action is required for this to occur). We are disappointed that this long-standing symposium and networking event cannot occur in March. LOA and the event organizers will stay in close contact with all exhibitors and sponsors as new information becomes available for the future LOA program.

We acknowledge your request for a refund of your equipment rental. As stated in the official notice, all exhibitor and sponsor payments will automatically roll over to the next LOA Symposium. This includes payments of your equipment rental with Devent Audiovisuals.
